Standard shipping is free on all orders within Singapore.
It would take generally 2-4 working days upon order confirmation to reach you.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer standard delivery at SGD25 for the following countries: 

  • Asia: Malaysia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • North America: Canada, United States
  • Europe: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

It would take generally 5-15 working days upon order confirmation to reach you.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

 

SHIPPING RATES 
All packages are dispatched via courier delivery starting from the stated rate or more, depending on the weight of the package. 


DELIVERY TIME
Estimated shipping time is calculated upon order confirmation and states the amount of days to reach your premise. Do note that parcels may exceed the estimated timeframe for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service disruptions, delay from courier or customs clearance. Please note that these are merely estimated delivery times and A Lush Land is not guaranteeing delivery dates. 


TRACKING & CONFIRMATION
All packages include tracking and require signature confirmation upon delivery (unless otherwise specified in order’s additional details). For unsuccessful shipments, the courier will attempt to contact you for a redelivery. 

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. If it’s been more than 48 hours and your order still shows no movement, please email us at thriveandtruesg@gmail.com.


TAXES & DUTIES
All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by A Lush Land, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. For more information, please check with your local carrier for custom and tax fees, if applicable.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR OPEN ORDERS
Once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact or shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order, and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. 

If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please contact thriveandtruesg@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will try to help reroute your order. If your order is unable to be rerouted or wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Once your order is processed, we are unable to facilitate cancellations or changes. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact thriveandtruesg@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will advise you on whether an order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of processing, there might be a processing fee incurred, which our team will inform you of prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM

We package our products safely and securely to avoid damages. All sales are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless in the event of defective products or incorrect products received. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thriveandtruesg@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue and photos.
